Bakery China, organized by China Association of Bakery and Confectionery Industry (CABCI) and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd. was launched since 1997. Bakery China is the Asia Pacific‘s leading event serving the entire value chain for the bakery and confectionery market. The event presents all range of ingredient, equipment, packaging and services, and enables global leading professionals and buyer delegates to meet and share the latest innovations and thinking on manufacturing & distribution, R&D, applications and related services for bakery industry.
The 27th Bakery China would be held on May 19-22, 2025 at National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai, covering 330,000 sqm show space. Over 2,200 exhibitors and 400,000 visits are expected.

1. Elevated roads: Yan'an Elevated Road, towards the direction of the Southern Outer Ring Expressway; Jiamei Elevated Road - Jianhong Elevated Road - Yinggang East Road - Zhuguang Road (west entrance of the National Exhibition and Convention Center); Beidai Road, towards the direction of the Northern Outer Ring Expressway; Jiamei Elevated Road - Songze Elevated Road - Panlong Road Exit - Longlian Road - Yinggang Road (west entrance of the National Exhibition and Convention Center).
2. Ground roads: North Dui Road / Tianxia South Road / Xianxiaoxi West Road direction, Shen Chang Road or Huaxing Road - Songze Avenue - Yinggang Road (west entrance of the National Exhibition and Convention Center); Yan'an Road direction, Yan'an West Road - Huqingshan Road - Yinggang Road (west entrance of the National Exhibition and Convention Center). Taxis park at the west entrance of Yinggang Road and exit through Gate 20 to the outside dedicated parking lane of the north hall, and then empty taxis enter the designated area of the venue for parking.
03 · Self-Drive.
1. From the urban area of Shanghai:
(1) Along the Yan'an Elevated Road, towards the southern outer ring expressway direction, take the Jia Min Elevated Road - Jian Hong Elevated Road - Ying Gang East Road - Parking Lot No. 1 (north side of Ying Gang East Road close to Zhuguang Road), or take Ying Gang East Road - Zhuguang Road - Songze Avenue (north gate of the National Exhibition Center) - designated parking location at the North Exhibition Hall; (2) Along the Beizhai Elevated Road, towards the northern outer ring expressway direction, take the Jia Min Elevated Road - Songze Elevated Road - turn right at the Panlong Road exit - Parking Lot No. 1 (north side of Songze Avenue, west of Pan Dong Road) - Longlian Road - Zhuguang Road - Songze Avenue (north gate of the National Exhibition Center) - designated parking location at the North Exhibition Hall.
2. For passengers traveling from the Yangtze River Delta regions (such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, and Suzhou), the passenger flow can be gathered via G60, G2, etc. expressways to G15 Shenhai Expressway - exit of Songze Avenue - Songze Avenue (north gate of the National Exhibition Center) - designated parking location at the North Exhibition Hall, or from Songze Avenue - Zhuguang Road - Ying Gang East Road - Parking Lot No. 1 (north side of Ying Gang East Road close to Zhuguang Road).
